The selected individual will oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage project timelines. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets and quality control, maintaining records, conducting site inspections, and troubleshooting issues that arise on-site. Must have experience in structural work and general building with the ability to spot problems before the become problems Qualifications Construction Management and Project Management skills Proficiency in Budget Management and Quality Control Safety Compliance and Site Inspection experience Temp works Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Coordination skills Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in sustainable construction practices is a plus Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
