Solar Labourer (Freelance - South Wales)

Overview
We're hiring 5 x Labourers to support the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project in South Wales. This is a freelance opportunity through CIS, ideal for operatives with a construction or solar background who are available for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with solar panel installation and mechanical assembly
* Move and handle materials, tools, and equipment around site
* Maintain site cleanliness and follow safety protocols
* Support skilled trades as directed by site supervisors
* General labouring and groundwork duties
Requirements
* CSCS card (required)
* Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all conditions
* Must be reliable and able to follow instructions on a busy site
* Own transport to site preferred
* Previous solar or civils experience desirable
Desirable Tickets (Preferred But Not Essential)
* Forward Tipping Dumper
* Telehandler
* CPCS/NPORS qualifications
What's On Offer
