Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits.
* Strong project management skills, especially in salary reviews and benefits administration.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with Workday is advantageous.
* Familiarity with benefits systems.
