About All Spring Media
All Spring Media is a Chesham based Independent Training Provider specialising in the screen industries. Over the years we have partnered with a number of key broadcasters and content producers, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Amazon Prime, Global Radio, IMG, Sky Studios Elstree, Farnborough International Studios and many more. We operate out of our training facility in Chesham and deliver training across the country from there. We have gained a strong track record in delivering training on our production focused Skills Bootcamps. In February 2025 we launched our Talent Pool to support employment opportunities for all our learners.
Purpose of the Role
The Quality Manager is a key role in making sure everything we do is of the highest quality and has tangible impacts for our learners. We are looking for a detailed oriented person to join our small team who will embrace the role and help us deliver outstanding training and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the implementation of continuous improvement including the Education Inspection Framework and devolved local skills initiatives,
* Work with stakeholders to ensure all regulatory obligations are met,
* Liaising with the Head of Operations to review the Single Central Record at regular intervals
* Carry out monthly quality assurance spot checks
* Working with the Head of Training to ensure all Curriculum Plans, Lesson Plans and training materials are relevant and reflect the KSBs and core training of each course,
* Complete Lesson Observations in line with our IQA policy
* Develop a sampling strategy in line with our IQA policy
* Complete evaluation reports per cohort with analysis and recommendations for improvement
* Gather formal and informal feedback from learners and trainers
* Implement an annual staff survey
* Run regularly standardisation and CPD sessions with trainers and relevant staff members
* Annual review of policy and procedures and taking a lead where appropriate
* Work with the MD to develop the SAR and QIP,
* Ensure the All Spring Media vision, values and objectives are reflected in our delivery
* Implement the necessary changes to take the organisation from Good to Outstanding
* Liaising with our external Governance Consultant to deliver the bi-annual Advisory Panel
* Keeping up to date with changes in funding and regulatory requirements
* Monitoring and Review SEN support to ensure we deliver fully inclusive training
* Review and update IAG resources and refer to stakeholders and further support as required
The Successful Candidate
It is essential that the successful candidate has: -
* Detailed working knowledge of OFSTED's Education Inspection Framework
* Experience of undertaking observations of teaching, learning and assessment
* Experience of developing a SAR and QIP
Qualifications
* Teaching qualification or equivalent would be essential
* Assessor and IQA qualification would be desirable
* English and Mathematics to Level 2

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
