Job: Office Administrator
Location: West Belfast - Onsite car parking available and accessible via public transport
Package: £13.13 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday)
Company Overview
Our client provides warehouse and distribution services to businesses throughout Europe and is currently recruiting for an additional Administrator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, dealing with a wide range of issues
* Provide excellent customer service in a polite and courteous manner
* Manage complex queries effectively and escalate when necessary
* Accurately update the ordering and shipping computer system
* Perform data input, word processing, and general office duties
* Manage and distribute messages efficiently
* Perform other reasonable duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
* Educated to degree level
* At least 1 year of experience in a busy office environment
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy skills
* Customer-focused with an excellent telephone manner
