Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

* Support senior chefs in cooking and plating dishes for service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
* Prepare ingredients such as chopping, peeling, and measuring as required
* Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and correctly
* Support serving staff during busy periods by helping with basic food service tasks
* Follow hygiene protocols diligently to uphold health and safety standards
Requirements
* Prior experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
* Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
* Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
