⚡ Site Manager – Electrical Engineering
Location: UK client sites

We’re now looking for motivated individuals with an Electrical Engineering background who are ready to step up into a Site Manager role. 🔧 What You’ll Do
* Support the safe and successful delivery of Protection, Control, Automation, and Electrical installations at client sites.
* Lead site teams including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered to specification, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
* Chair site meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and keep projects aligned with regulatory requirements (CDM Regs).
* Develop and review site documentation including risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans.
* Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Gain exposure to large‑scale projects in the energy sector, including transmission substations and industrial clients.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Electrical engineering background with hands‑on installation or commissioning experience.
* Understanding of site installation practices and safety standards.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the drive to lead and motivate teams.
* Willingness to travel to UK client sites.
* Health & safety awareness training (IOSH, CITB, RoSPA, etc.) and BS:7671 18th edition qualifications are highly valued.
