Purpose of the position : As Human Resources Administrator you will report to our HR Supervisor and operationally respond to our HR Team Lead for your daily activity. You will support the core business function to ensure that Company and Corporate objectives are met by providing clerical and administrative support to the HR department. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities : Type HR documentation and prepare reports (contracts of Employment, payroll administration…). Coordinate corporate and project specific medicals and mandatory survival training (BOSIET, FOET, H2S) for offshore/onshore personnel as per company standards. Maintain accurate digital records of medical certificates in the tracker whilst ensuring confidentiality and data protection. Liaise with the approved occupational health provider to arrange and monitor medical requirements, address any concerns to ensure that KPIs are met. Verify and cross-check medical invoices against completed bookings and the occupational health approved ‘price schedule’. Liaise with the SAP Administration team to authorize payment or escalate any queries. Ensure survival training is completed in a timely manner to allow the collation of valid certificates prior to personnel’s offshore deployment and maintain accurate digital records. Arrange any ad-hoc travel required for personnel to attend medical appointments or survival training, within the corporate guidelines. Liaise with the Saipem HUB Training Coordinator, arranging any travel and accommodation needs for SLTD personnel attending training. Maintain and control the archiving for all HR documentation. Complete, review and archive all HR records and sensitive documentation (staff and contractors) keeping information up to date and ensuring compliance What are we looking for?
