Flk Recruitment is partnering with a fast paced, growing business in the heart of London who have a fantastic culture that puts their people at the heart of what they do. Were on the hunt for a brilliant HR Manager to help shape how they support, grow, and retain their talented employees covering a 12 month period of maternity. Theyre a unique consultancy business that advises clients on how to communicate effectively with the audiences that matter. Employing around 130 bright, successful and driven employees, they need someone who can help steer the ship from a people perspective as they continue to scale into new markets like Australia and the US. What youll be doing This is a true broad generalist role ideal if you like variety and getting stuck in. Youll be working closely with their Head of People, as well as senior leadership, and youll be supported by a People Administrator. Youll lead on things like: Rolling out new HR systems and processes Making sure policies are useful (not just collecting digital dust) Managing everything from recruitment to onboarding Owning HR data, reporting, compliance the whole works Partnering with Finance on payroll, headcount planning, and promotions Running performance reviews and coaching managers through them Managing employee relations issues (confidently and fairly) Getting involved in internal comms and team engagement Supporting expansion projects (new offices, new markets in the US and Australia) Youll love this job if youre A proactive doer who enjoys variety Passionate about creating a great employee experience Have experience of working in start-ups, professional services or scaling businesses (ideally with some experience of this in Australia or the US) Commercially minded you get the business side of people work A confident communicator whos comfortable with senior stakeholder Detail-obsessed, but also pragmatic Happy working independently, but love being part of a team Comfortable working at pace in an ever-changing environment Curious and open to fresh ways of doing things Whats in it for you? 28 days holiday bank hols time off over Christmas Hybrid working Pension contributions (4% employer) A full calendar of social events and wellbeing programmes Loads of internal and external training Smart, driven colleagues who are great at what they do Sound like your kind of thing?
