Accounts HR Administrator

We are looking for Accounts HR Administrator, who will be supporting our Head of Accounts with bookkeeping services, HR administration & various other elements of the financial management of the businesses.
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
In this job, you will be:
1. Responsible for all HR administration and record keeping at S&C and associated companies
2. Inputting, coding and processing invoices, income, payments and receipts on Xero and Scoro
3. Supplier statement reconciliations
4. Staff expenses reconciliations on Pleo
5. Completing VAT returns
6. Preparing pay runs, making payments and reconciling
7. Assisting with payroll, managing holidays, sick days, pensions and Benefits in Kind
8. Updating internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
9. Inter Company recharges
