Reward Manager – 12 Month FTC Financial Services
Are you a technically strong Reward professional with experience operating within a complex, regulated environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing HR function supporting a sophisticated investment banking population, where your expertise will directly influence compensation governance, benchmarking, and strategic reward delivery.
The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in supporting UK Reward activity — from leading the annual compensation review cycle to delivering gender pay analysis and market benchmarking. Working closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders, you will provide data-driven insight that shapes fair, competitive, and commercially aligned reward outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead coordination of the annual compensation review process
* Manage salary pool allocation, forecasting, and financial checks
* Oversee deferred compensation validation and payments
* Deliver benchmarking analysis (including McLagan submissions)
* Produce gender pay gap and diversity reporting
* Prepare materials for senior compensation committees
* Support wider reward projects and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Strong Reward experience within a global investment banking or financial services environment
* Proven track record managing large-scale compensation reviews
* Advanced Excel and highly developed analytical capability
* Experience working with HR systems and complex datasets
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet competing deadlines
