Labourer - Ballymena - Permanent Join an established team in Ballymena as a Labourer and support a range of road surfacing and civils projects across multiple locations. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, consistent work and the chance to build a career within the industry. About this role: £13.50 per hour Monday to Friday (flexibility required for weekend work during busy periods) Overtime available depending on workload Overtime rates: Time and a half (1.5x) Double time (2x) for Sundays Permanent, full-time position What you'll be doing in this role: Assisting with road surfacing operations including tar laying and spreading Supporting kerbing and edging works Preparing surfaces for tarring (cleaning, levelling, groundwork) Operating hand tools and assisting with site equipment Supporting plant operators and skilled trades Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site General labouring duties as required What you'll need for this role: Previous experience in construction, civils, roadworks or similar (preferred but not essential) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding role Good attendance and timekeeping Flexibility to work weekends when required Full driving licence (desirable due to site-based work) Riada Resourcing is an equal opportunities employer.
