COOK - EDINBURGH WAVERLEY, BREWDOG
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.80 per hour.
We have Part Time (20hrs) roles available.
Hours of operation are 8am to 9pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

A hands-on chef who keeps cool, stays positive, and leads by example.
Due to some responsibilities within the Cook role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
ABOUT THE COOK ROLE:
Lead and supervise the kitchen.
Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
At Least one years' experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
