Your Role As IT Service Desk Manager, you'll lead a high-performing support team dedicated to delivering exceptional service across a global organisation. Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll oversee incident, request, change, and problem management, ensuring SLAs are met and user experiences are consistently excellent. You'll be the escalation point for service desk issues, drive automation and efficiency, and take ownership of the IT onboarding experience for new employees. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on continuous improvement and service innovation.
