The Customer Service Manager is a critical role within our very small and close-knit team. The role has the responsibility to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Barossa Cellar Door with the aim to increase wine sales and business revenue through a focus on customer experience. This involves running the Cellar Door and engaging with our members, customers, and community.
This position will work closely with the business team of winemaker and owners on creative planning and wine release timing. We are looking to elevate the customer experience with new ideas and innovation.

A sound knowledge of wines and the ability to share this passion with the team and guests is important. Willingness to learn and develop your industry knowledge and skills is essential. Strong interpersonal skills for in-person and written communication are required.
You should have proficient skills in Microsoft Office. A valid RSA, work visa or citizenship, and the ability to work weekends are essential. Physical fitness and willingness to assist with general housekeeping duties as needed are also required.
