Role: Part-time HR Officer
Salary: £30,000 FTE

Job Purpose:
Join Client as an HR Officer, responsible for providing comprehensive HR advisory and administrative support. You'll ensure smooth HR operations, handle day-to-day queries, and maintain compliance with UK employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revise company policies and prepare HR documents
2. Manage absence
3. Provide reporting support and assist with payroll processes
4. Assist in recruitment processes and culture-building initiatives
5. Coordinate performance reviews and onboarding/offboarding
6. Communicate HR policies and drive improvements
7. Support employee health & wellbeing and diversity initiatives
8. Handle local HR audits and stay updated on employment law
Requirements:
9. 2+ years experience in HR
10. Strong understanding of UK employment law
11. Experience in coaching and recruitment
12. Proactive team player with confidentiality skills
