About you:
* Previous experience within a catering management or supervisory position with strong team leadership abilities
* Committed to providing excellent customer service standards
* Strong attention to detail with knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
* Motivated, organised, and capable of working using own initiative
* Good communication skills with competent IT literacy
* Positive, adaptable, and hands-on approach to work
What you'll do:
* Manage and motivate the catering team to provide quality food and outstanding customer service
* Ensure full compliance with food hygiene legislation and HACCP requirements
* Coordinate day-to-day catering operations including opening and closing of service areas
* Handle administrative duties including stock management, cash handling, and till reconciliation
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and health & safety compliance
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure services are delivered efficiently and on schedule
