The Role
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager or Site Supervisor to take day-to-day responsibility for a £1.3m commercial fit out project in Reading. You will be site-based, running the job from start through to handover, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the programme, quality and H&S standards are met.
Key Responsibilities

Full day-to-day management of the site

Managing subcontractors and direct labour
*
Driving programme and coordinating trades
*
Maintaining high standards of health & safety
*
Quality control and snagging
*
Chairing site meetings and reporting progress
*
Liaising with the Project Manager and client team
*
Managing deliveries, logistics and access
Requirements
*
Proven experience delivering commercial fit out projects
*
Strong site management or supervisory background
*
SMSTS or SSSTS
*
First Aid at Work
*
CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)
*
Ability to work autonomously and keep the job moving
