Location: Home-based with regular travel across the UK (minimum 3 days per week)
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 + Bonus + Car
About the Role
Bunzl Retail & Packaging Division is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across our Packaging businesses. Working closely with senior leaders, you will deliver a comprehensive generalist HR service, drive employee engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high‑performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with leadership teams to deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals.
* Provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
* Manage employee relations matters and support recruitment activities.
* Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
* Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
* Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
* Lead and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* Proven experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Advisor role.
* Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
