Internal Recruiter
PT 30 hours per week (5 days Monday-Friday)
Remote working - £15 per hour

You'll be welcomed into a supportive and friendly environment, where you'll take charge of the complete recruitment process for a range of exciting positions at APCOA across our Parking Sectors.
Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their team and needs
2. Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers to fulfil the needs of the business
3. Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to internal stakeholders regarding suitable applicants
4. Conduct initial screening of CVs and initial teams interviews with candidates
5. Arrange interviews for applicants
6. Consulting on pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between APCOA and applicants
7. Review recruitment policies to ensure success of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
8. Work with hiring managers to recognise and promote internal talent
What you’ll bring:
9. Previous experience and ATS Knowledge
10. Strong Recruitment or HR background
11. Demonstrable experience of business partnering with hiring managers
12. Previous experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns across multiple sites
13. Good communication skills; both oral and written
14. Proactive, self-motivated, meticulous and will make the role a key position in our Company
