Site Manager (Commercial) - City of London - Cut & Carve Refurbishment\n\nA Site Manager is required to run the site team and have oversight of internal fit out packages on a large cut & carve commercial project in Central London (City). The scheme has been on site for 6 months and consists of a 7 storey office building, contract value circa £50m. \n\nThe Site Manager will be expected to join their existing team and assist them in the management and delivery of the project under a site based Project Manager and a visiting Project Director.\n\nThe ideal candidate would have previously worked for a tier one main contractor / residential developer and would have delivered RC frame residential projects from start to finish.
