Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Project Lead to join our client’s HR Operations and Employee Relations team. This is a fixed-term role (12 months) to cover maternity leave, based in Basingstoke with hybrid working options. The successful candidate will lead a variety of HR projects focused on process improvement, service optimization, and change management, while also supporting data analytics and policy development.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
* Drive automation initiatives and leverage technology to streamline HR services
* Manage data reporting, dashboards, and analytics, including headcount planning
* Update HR policies and develop training and communication materials
* Conduct workplace investigations in line with best practices
