The Role
As Site Manager, youll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of civil engineering projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing site operations, programmes, and resources
Leading site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with RAMS
Coordinating with commercial, engineering, and client teams
Maintaining quality standards and driving progress on site
Reporting on programme, progress, and site performance
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering
Strong background in groundworks, infrastructure, or utilities
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
Confident leader with a practical, hands-on approach
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
Full UK driving licence (site travel required)
