Responsibilities include conducting audits and inspections, supporting and developing training, and advising on best practices to enhance the quality of education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct quality and regulatory audits and inspections following the statutory framework and inspection handbook.
2. Provide evidence-based reports and recommendations for improvement.
3. Advise and coach nursery managers to reach their full potential and implement new strategies and initiatives.
4. Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
5. Support quality improvement and policy development.
