What Youll Be Doing: Help customers in-store choose the right flooring products to suit their needs and budget. Provide detailed quotations and follow-up all leads to convert into sales. Build strong relationships with trade customers and local businesses. Guide buyers through samples, pricing, stock availability, and accessories. Accurately process orders and payments using company systems. Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and deliveries. Keep the showroom tidy, up to date, and welcoming. Be proactive in hitting personal sales goals and contributing to store targets. What Were Looking For: A confident communicator whos great with people. Proven experience in retail, interiors, or a customer-facing sales role. Someone organised, self-motivated, and eager to grow with us.
