The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Officer will provide hands‑on HR support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with Central Services. The role will support a range of HR projects led by the HR Manager and play a key role in managing day‑to‑day HR operations for a workforce of approximately 80 employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
* Manage Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance
* Prepare HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
About You
* CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
* Previous experience in an HR role with ER case exposure
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Comfortable working in a structured, process‑led environment
* Professional, confidential, and approachable
