Role Description
We are seeking a Site Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Midlands. As a Site Manager, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, managing teams, monitoring project progress, enforcing health and safety compliance, and addressing any on‑site challenges promptly.
Qualifications
* Expertise in site management and project planning with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
* Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management
* Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
* Technical understanding of Groundworks and Civil Engineering tasks
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
* Proficiency in project management software and basic IT skills
* Previous experience in a similar role; construction experience in residential, commercial, or industrial sectors is an advantage
* Relevant education or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
