We are seeking an experienced WebFOCUS Developer to support reporting and data analysis activities within a banking environment. The role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining WebFOCUS reports and metadata, working closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate, secure, and reliable reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance WebFOCUS reports, including complex reports with drill-down functionality.
* Analyse user requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
* Design, build, and maintain WebFOCUS metadata, including data definitions and mappings.
* Implement and manage WebFOCUS security and user access controls.
* Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve report or data issues.
* Work collaboratively with technical teams and business users to ensure reporting accuracy and performance.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven commercial experience as a WebFOCUS Developer.
* Strong experience developing and modifying WebFOCUS reports.
* Solid understanding of WebFOCUS metadata design and management.
* Experience implementing security and sign-on controls within WebFOCUS.
* Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working in financial services or banking environments.
* Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
