The primary responsibility of the Client Service Executive is to be a leading contributor for the Client On-Boarding Team, constantly achieving targets at both an individual and team level. Generating business by onboarding new clients from warm leads generated by the business as part of its ongoing marketing work. THIS IS NOT A COLD CALLING SALES ROLE. There is a requirement to stay current with financial developments across the global economy that affect the currency markets, clients and the organisation. Typically requires a Minimum of 3 Months - 1 Years experience in a Client Service or Sales role. Sales Responsibilities New Client Generation from corporate leads using in-house CRM system. Role is Telephone Based for the majority of the time, but also includes some face to face sales during fairly regular exhibitions. Close Client Contact and Rapport Building - Account Management and Client On-Boarding Remuneration - Commission Bonuses Remuneration will comprise three key elements Basic Salary, Revenue Commission and Account Opening Bonus. Basic Salary is c£26,500/30,000 depending on experience plus varied bonuses (OTE c£35/40,000) Sales Targets Monthly targets are based on two areas firstly a range of KPIs including call numbers and talk-time, and secondly based on account registrations achieved.
