Reports to: Regional Operations Manager / Operations Director
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality across all care homes.
* Carry out regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices.

* Deliver training and guidance to managers and staff on quality standards and procedures.
* Keep up to date with industry regulations and trends to strengthen compliance and enhance care.

* Analytical, decisive, and able to solve problems with a hands-on approach.
Education & Qualifications
* NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience (desirable, not essential).
What You’ll Gain
* The opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple homes, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
* A supportive and enthusiastic team environment where people come first.
* Ongoing training and professional development tailored to your needs.
* The satisfaction of working with an organisation that values its staff as much as its residents—because we know happy teams create happier homes.
If you are passionate about driving quality care and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
