Our Client are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned maintenance division.\n\nProjects that are being delivered will be retro-fit works. This is a brand new project. Works will be in Cardiff\n\nOn a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:\n\nManagement of sub-contractors & direct operatives\nLead the site team to the best of your ability\nManage delivery of works to specification\nHave several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff\nPre & post inspections \nHealth & safety & quality checks\nMy client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects.
