What you'll do
* Design and build high-quality ServiceNow solutions, providing advice and guidance on all matters related to ServiceNow implementation and best practices.
* Deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements.
* Develop a robust understanding of the Now Platform, with in-depth knowledge of additional ServiceNow applications.
* Communicate effectively on complex issues to meet business and customer requirements, avoiding escalations.
* Stay updated with current and future market developments, technologies, products, and strategies.
* Ensure adherence to coding and design standards, and provide technical hand-over documentation.
* Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements as necessary.
* Assist with system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Escalate issues according to company processes to meet customer demands.
* Attend and present at customer meetings to understand requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.
* Record, qualify, and clarify customer requirements, even in complex projects or when requirements are unclear.
