Site Manager – Public Sector Refurbishment\n\nLocation: London & surrounding areas\nSalary: £50,000 – £58,000 (DOE) + package\nType: Permanent\nSector: Public Sector Refurbishment (Police Stations, Fire Stations)\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are working with a well-established Main Contractor specialising in public sector refurbishment projects. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver refurbishment works on live, occupied buildings including police stations, fire stations, and other blue-light facilities.\n\nYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while working closely with clients and stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage site activities from start to completion on refurbishment projects\n\n * \n\n Oversee subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers\n\n * \n\n Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications\n\n * \n\n Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance\n\n * \n\n Manage works in live/operational environments with minimal disruption\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities\n\n * \n\n Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reporting\n\n * \n\n Ensure comp...
