If you’ve worked with MSPs or in a SaaS environment and have experience selling backup or data protection solutions, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who understands how MSPs package and sell backup as part of a broader security and resilience stack, and can confidently articulate that value to partners and customers. You’ll bring strong commercial instincts, technical awareness, and a solid understanding of recurring‑revenue models.
This role is hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in our Edinburgh office, and 2 days from home).
What You'll Do
4. Develop and manage the growth of assigned accounts by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with Sales Leadership.
5. Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of N-able products, competitor solutions, and industry trends.
6. Conduct technical sales discussions with prospective clients via conference calls and web demonstrations, utilizing Sales Engineering resources as needed.
7. Drive multi-product sales by positioning additional N-able solutions within assigned customer accounts.
8. Manage and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility into the sales pipeline.
9. Deliver compelling product presentations, effectively demonstrating the value of N-able solutions.
10. Consistently execute successful deal closures and improve conversion rates within the sales pipeline.
What You'll Bring
11. Proven self-starter with a history of achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
12. Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
13. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
14. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
15. Proficiency in MS Outlook and advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
