Job Title – Senior Site Manager
Project – Commercial New Build
Job Location – Belfast Area
Salary - £45K - £50K + package
About the Company
Working with an industry leading Contractor who specialise in Commercial & Residential projects across Ulster.
Projects in a range of different industry sectors – housing, commercial, education, light industrial etc.
They are gearing up to start a brand-new project in the Greater Belfast area – a new build commercial development. The project has a run time of up to 12 months however due to more work secured in the Belfast area this will be a full time and permanent position within the company.
The Role
* Coordination and supervision of various fit out projects as required by the business.
* Oversee commercial and residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
* Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
* Host weekly meetings to update senior management and clients on project progress.
* Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
* Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.
Requirements
* A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
* A minimum of 5 years proven experience working as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor in NI or ROI.
* Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
