This role is responsible for screening all direct applicants and serving as the first point of contact for passive candidates in high‑volume recruitment processes. The Inbound Sourcer supports a world‑class candidate experience by managing a critical part of the hiring workflow and acts as the subject‑matter expert on inbound trends and talent channels, advising recruiters and hiring managers on key challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a tailored inbound sourcing strategy by understanding the team’s roles, priorities, and hiring needs.
* Partner with Recruiters and Sourcers to build, maintain, and leverage talent pipelines for short- and long‑term hiring goals.
* Serve as the team’s inbound expert, analyzing trends and recommending solutions to address challenges.
* Gain a deep understanding of the profiles within the supported business function to match candidates to the right opportunities.
* Post and maintain job openings across internal and external career sites and job boards.
* Source active candidates using ATS databases, internal CV repositories, Boolean searches, employee referrals, online platforms, social networks, events, and external websites.
* Act as the first ambassador for the organization by filtering, screening, and engaging prospective candidates in the job market.
* Conduct phone screens to assess technical and soft skills, availability, interest level, salary expectations, relocation needs, and alignment with company values.
* Manage online assessment processes (e.g., language tests, software skills evaluations, coding tests).
* Accurately track, update, and report candidate data as required.
