Job Description
We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our client's newly established HR team, with this role pivotal in helping to set up a new department.
This role will be responsible for the setting up of new policies and procedures, before moving on to providing comprehensive HR and Recruitment administration support for the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
The role is based in Runcorn, is paying c.£30k and offers great flexibility in terms of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from line managers and employees
* Providing comprehensive HR and Recruitment administration support as part of a small busy HR team
* Taking ownership of the recruitment and onboarding procedure, including advertising vacancies, producing offer letters and contracts and completing pre-employment checks such as DBS and right to work
* Overseeing an outsourced payroll service to ensure the data submitted is accurate
* Helping to set up a new HR department, including the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and HR systems
* Maintaining employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection/GDPR requirements
