In this role, you will be involved in designing, developing and enhancing components of the core banking platform, converting architectural direction and business requirements into clear technical specifications, and producing clean, modern and maintainable RPG code across both fixed and free-format styles. You will participate in agile ceremonies and present your work to both business and technical stakeholders, as well as prepare user guides, training materials and technical documentation. The position requires strong debugging and troubleshooting ability, with the confidence to assess existing applications, update legacy components and introduce new features aligned to ongoing development needs.
