* Salary: FTE £28,000; pro-rata part-time £18,918.92 + uncapped commission/OTE

Company Overview:
Dynamite Recruitment is partnering with a well-established service provider to expand their sales team by recruiting a Lead Generator / Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate new business opportunities
2. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
3. Engage with decision-makers and navigate gatekeepers
4. Own your sales process from start to finish
5. Track call outcomes, follow-up, and build relationships to convert leads into clients
6. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to maximize OTE
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Proven B2B or B2C outbound cold calling and lead generation experience
2. Goal-oriented with a strong sales track record
3. Experience with CRM systems
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. High attention to detail and data accuracy
