Title : Development Administrator Salary : £25,000 - £27,000 (plus 3% pension contribution) per annum pro rata, dependent on experience. Contract: Fixed Term of 9 months (with possible extension). Location : Lyric Theatre, Belfast Hours: Part-Time up to 22.5hrs/3 Days per week. 1 month notice period. Holidays : Pro rata entitlement based on 20 days discretionary plus bank/public holidays (currently 11 days). There may be occasions when it is required to work on a public or bank holiday, for which time off in lieu will be given. Essential Criteria Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Demonstrate experience in data entry, record keeping and maintaining systems and processes. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team. Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and good record-keeping practice. Desirable Criteria The following qualities or experience are also desirable: Experience of working in fundraising, development, heritage, archives or the arts sector Experience of using Spektrix or another CRM or database system. Experience supporting fundraising campaigns or donor activity. Experience supporting events, meetings or projects. Interest in theatre, heritage, archives or cultural history.
