Our Clients are looking for a detail orientated and pro-active HR Administrator to support the HR Team in ensuring smooth an efficient operation for their business. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in Human Resources. You will be based out of their Glasgow office and play a critical role in supporting their team and business in administrating all end-to-end employee lifecycle changes. Employee Life-Cycle: * Right to work checks and onboarding compliance * Prepare and issue HR documents, such as contracts, addendums, non-disclosure agreements and restricted convergence letters. * Complete ad hoc HR reporting from the HRIS System * Present HR inductions for all new starters to ensure a smooth on-boarding into the business Payroll and Benefits: * Support payroll and benefits administration * Maintain leave and attendance records General HR Support: * Address employee queries about HR related matters * Organise employee and Manager training sessions The Qualities/Skills we are looking for in candidates ; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Enthusiastic * Proactive attitude * A flexible approach and the ability to multi-task • Good attention to detail * Process driven and methodical * Flexibility and the ability to work on more than one task * Experience working of working in an HR Team * Ability to travel as and when required Desirable but not essential Criteria: * Completed or working towards CIPD Level 3 * Experience of using IRIS Cascade * Experience of working in an international organisation – Europe and/or U.S This role is office based Working Hours Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm
