Clearway Environmental Services is a leading provider of vacant property security and environmental clearance services.
We are seeking a Multiskilled Labourer to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis based out of our Erith office.
Purpose of the Role
As a Multiskilled Labourer with Clearway Services, your duties will involve working both indoors and outdoors, deglazing and re-installing original doors and windows, installing security as required, building wooden framework, installing Heras fencing, and installing temporary alarms.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Hands-on and willing to undertake multiple tasks across commercial properties covering both internal and external areas.
* Basic carpentry skills desirable but full training will be given.
* Confident, personable with good communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Available to work on call when required and be available for occasional UK travel outside of your dedicated working area, with overnight stays if required.
* Full UK driving licence (minor points considered).
* Transit/Sprinter van experience would be beneficial.
* Minimum one years' commercial driving experience.
* Reliable, honest, polite with a good sense of humour.
* Commitment and a willingness to work hard.
* Able to stay calm under pressure.
* A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card – desirable.
