Job Title: Site Manager - School Refurbishment Projects
Location: Sheffield Area
Duration: 6 - 8 Weeks
Start Date: 24th July 2025
We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee multiple school refurbishment projects across the Sheffield area. The positions are 6-8 week temporary positions ideal for candidates with a strong background in construction site management and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors across varying project scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site activities
Coordinate and supervise works, projects vary including:
Drainage and remedial works
Roof repairs
Full heating system installation
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and school representatives.
Monitor project timelines and report progress to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or refurbishment projects.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage sites efficiently.
Valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid (or equivalent).
A current DBS certificate is advantageous but not essential.
