Job Description
A Interim Head of People Business Partnering to:- Provide strong leadership to the Business Partnering team, providing continuous performance development and high performance- Provide expertise in employee relations, change management, and employee engagement - Ensure HR initiatives - Shape and deliver the organisations HR strategy- Support the transition of the HR function into a full business partner model - Support the organisation through a huge transition period- Support on workforce planning and talent management initiatives- Provide OD activities, including leadership development, engagement and team management - Provide strong expertise on employee relation issues
The Successful Applicant
A Interim Head of People Business Partnering with:- Previous not-for-profit experience desirable- Previous experience working in a unionised environment essential - Previous management of an a business partnering team- Strong knowledge to manage employee relation casework and support an organisation through a transition phase - Immediately Available
