Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of Reward to shape and deliver reward strategy across the business
Support Remuneration Committee activity including analysis, modelling and paper preparation
Lead key reward projects including incentive design, recognition programmes and benefits enhancements
Oversee annual reward cycles including salary reviews, bonus processes and benchmarking
Provide insight through data analysis and MI to support decision-making
Ensure reward practices align with regulatory requirements and governance standards
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing challenge and guidance
Collaborate with HR, Finance and external partners to deliver reward initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a Senior Reward or Compensation role within a regulated financial services environment, ideally a Tier 1 or 2 bank
Strong understanding of executive reward, incentives and governance
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel capability
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and governance forums
Experience of managing or contributing to reward transformation or change initiatives
Knowledge of market benchmarking and reward frameworks
