What you’ll be doing:
👉 Leading and coordinating multi-million-pound new builds, high-spec extensions, heritage restorations, and barn conversions, often in preserved or rural greenbelt contexts.
👉Serving as Principal Contractor, overseeing full project management from tender through practical completion.
👉Managing site teams, subcontractors, quality, programme, health & safety, and communication with architects and clients.
