Sales Executive | Compressed Air & Vacuum Systems Location: North Down (with client-facing travel) Salary: Up to £30,000 Base Uncapped Commission Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday Friday) The Role Are you an ambitious sales professional with a technical mindset? Our client are a well-established engineering firm based in North Down, looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role where you will manage the full sales cycle from nurturing warm inbound inquiries to proactively identifying new business opportunities. You will be the face of the company, meeting clients on-site to provide expert advice on compressed air, vacuum systems, and pneumatic solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Convert high-quality warm inbound leads into long-term service and equipment contracts. Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new prospects within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Client Consultation: Conduct site visits across Northern Ireland to assess technical requirements and recommend bespoke solutions. Product Expertise: Sell a premium range of Air Compressors, Compressed Air Dryers, Gas Generators, and Pneumatic equipment. Growth: Manage your own pipeline and meet KPIs to unlock uncapped commission and career progression opportunities. Candidate Requirements To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of sales hunger and technical literacy. Essential: Experience: Proven track record in a B2B sales role within the engineering, industrial, or pneumatic sector. Technical Aptitude: An understanding of compressed air systems, gas generators, or similar industrial machinery. Communication: Exceptional face-to-face and phone communication skills. Mobility: A valid driving license for client site visits. Desirable: A background in mechanical engineering or a related technical qualification.
