An experienced Senior Site Manager is required to oversee the final delivery stages of a Modular Build accommodation project in Wendover, Buckinghamshire.
This is a high profile MOD project requiring full security clearance
Project Overview
1. 4 Modular Buildings
2. 2 Buildings Completed
3. 1 Building Near Completion (final cut-outs and finishes required)
4. 1 Building Remaining for Final Completion
The project must be completed before Christmas, so a strong delivery-focused Senior Site Manager is required to push the final programme through to handover.
Responsibilities
5. Leading site operations and delivery
6. Managing subcontractors and specialist trades
7. Driving programme and completion milestones
8. Managing final stages including:Fit-outSnaggingFinal installation worksCommissioning
9. Ensuring strict health & safety compliance
10. Managing quality assurance
11. Reporting progress to project leadership
12. Coordinating with defence stakeholders and contractors
Candidate Requirements
13. Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager
14. Experience delivering modular or residential projects
15. Strong experience managing subcontractors and site teams
16. Ability to drive programme and meet strict deadlines
17. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and delivery
