Head of Estates Operations
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: The Grimsby Institute
As our Head of Estates Operations, I will provide operational leadership across all aspects of estates services. I will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, facilities management, capital projects and environmental sustainability.
Qualifications
* Level 2/GCSE English and Maths
* Significant experience in estates, engineering or facilities management, ideally in a multi‑site or educational environment
* Strong working knowledge of statutory compliance and building services (electrical systems, HVAC, water hygiene, fire systems)
* Proven experience managing maintenance programmes, compliance functions and capital projects
* Demonstrable leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams
* Experience managing budgets and delivering value for money
