Base pay range
Express Recruitment are currently supporting a growing construction consultancy in their search for a Customer Service Manager.
Working closely with the Operations and Managing Directors, the ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining scheduling processes whilst managing a team of customer service professionals to ensure the smooth running of the whole department.
Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and develop a medium sized Customer focused team
* Ensure team members meet performance targets through regular 121’s and developmental meetings
* Schedule appointments for surveyors to conduct visits to key account clients
* Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, and resolve issues
* Develop and implement new scheduling processes and procedures
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems
* Monitor and report to Directors on key performance metrics
Skills and Experience
* Experience within a people co-ordination/supervisory role
* Desire to progress from co-ordination to Management
* Demonstrable organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* Proficient in CRM, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail
